JOSHUA TREE NATIONAL PARK APRIL 20TH 2013.
Official meeting place and time: Cottonwood Spring at 10:00 am, and we will be there till 11:30, then continue north.
Enter the park at the South entrance off the 10 Fwy. Go to the Cottonwood Visitors Center to buy your park pass use the restrooms, buy souveniers at the store etc. Fom there it is a short drive to Cottonwood Spring (a mile or two I think). It’s like a small oasis. You will see the native Palm Trees. This will be our meeting place.
The area is small enough that we can’t miss each other. It’s a good place to take photos while we are waiting for other members to arrive.
SOME OF US ARE CARPOOLING. CONTACT DENIS THORP OR CHRISTINA LONG TO FIND AN OPEN SEAT. (DENIS IS CONTACTABLE VIA FB AND CHRISTINA VIA FB, GALLERY AND EMAIL CITED ABOVE).

SPACE IS LOCATED AT 250 WEST SECOND STREET POMONA CA – IN THE POMONA ARTS COLONY. CROSS STREET IS THOMAS AND MAIN. We will meet at SPACE AND THEN BOARD THE TRAIN. DETAILS STILL BEING PLANNED….
